For a shop that wants to know which work sold something
Every marketing tool shows you sends and clicks. The question is which of them sold something. Xyranik answers it from your own orders, and where the orders cannot answer it, says that instead of guessing.

What this looks like end to end
Your own systems on the left of each step, the work Xyranik does in the middle, and the outcome it can actually measure at the end.
What changes
How this runs today
Sends and sales are counted in different places
Your store knows the order and your email tool knows the open. Which send produced which order is a question neither of them is holding the other half of.
“Lapsed” is a number somebody picked
Thirty days, or sixty, taken from an article. It has nothing to do with how often your particular customers actually come back.
Return on ad spend comes from the platform spending it
The figure you act on is reported by the same system that ran the ads, worked out against conversions it attributed to itself, without sight of your order ledger.
With Xyranik
Connect Shopify, WooCommerce and Stripe — or bring a file
A CSV of past orders is read in the browser, shown back to you, and checked again on the server before anything is written. An import never credits a connection for sales it did not cause.
Revenue traced to the work, in that order
A discount code first, then last touch, then first touch, then an explicit “we cannot tell”. The rule is fixed and written once per order, so the same sale is never counted twice or re-attributed later to make a report look better.
Customers as people, not addresses
One person across orders and channels, keyed on their email. Whether somebody has gone quiet is worked out from your own repeat-purchase gaps — not a thirty-day rule borrowed from another business — and below twenty gaps nobody is marked lapsed at all.
Regulars going quiet, before they are gone
Xyranik watches who was due back and is not, and proposes the work to reach them. Who was “due” comes from their own history.
Ad spend read back from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Return on ad spend is worked out from your order ledger, never from the platform’s own reported conversions. Where an ad account bills in one currency and the shop sells in another, Xyranik says it cannot compare them rather than showing a confident zero.
What it does not do for you
Listed here rather than discovered in week two.
One touch gets the credit, not several
Xyranik does not split one sale across every message that preceded it. Splitting it requires assumptions about weighting that nobody can check, so the honest version is one traceable cause or none.
No predicted lifetime value or churn score
What a customer has spent and how their cohort has behaved are measured facts and are shown. What they will spend is a guess with a decimal point on it, and is not.
Start before you connect anything
The evaluation begins with what Xyranik can read from your own site, so you can judge what it would propose before deciding whether it may do any of it.
