Understand and decide
How AI assistants describe your business
People increasingly ask an assistant before they search. What comes back about your business is either right, wrong, or nothing at all — and until now there was no way to know which. This measures it by asking, and keeps every answer it was given.

What it counts, and how it counts it
Where this sits in the loop
Understand. It learns the business. It follows Improve and hands on to Decide.
- 1
You define the questions that matter
The universe is your questions, in the words a buyer would use — not a generic keyword list. What is measured is what somebody would actually type.
- 2
Xyranik asks, and records the answer verbatim
Each question is put to the assistants on a schedule, and the reply is stored as given. Every figure on the page traces back to an answer you can read, which is the difference between measurement and a score somebody invented.
- 3
It reports presence, accuracy and absence separately
Being named, being described correctly, and not appearing at all are three different problems with three different fixes, so they are never collapsed into one number.
What you can rely on
Answers you can read, not a score you must trust
Every observation keeps the reply it came from. A visibility figure with no readable answer behind it is a claim, and this product exists because that claim is easy to make and impossible to check.
Findings become work
Where an assistant describes the business wrongly, that becomes a signal in the same queue as everything else, so it can be acted on rather than noted.
Measured over time, on your own questions
Repeated on a schedule, so a change is visible as a change rather than as a single reading. The comparison is against your own history, never an industry benchmark nobody can audit.
What it will not tell you
Figures this deliberately withholds, and what it would take to earn them.
It measures; it does not guarantee
Nothing here promises to make an assistant say something. It tells you what is being said and where the gaps are; what you do about it is ordinary work on your own site and content.
Which assistants are asked is ours to decide
The assistants used are an implementation detail and may change as the landscape does. What stays constant is that every answer shown was actually received.
See what it already knows about your business
The evaluation starts before you connect anything: Xyranik reads your own site into facts you can check and correct. What it cannot yet measure, it says so rather than filling in.
