Measure and automate
What Xyranik cost against what it brought in
Most ROI dashboards are one number with an unexamined denominator. This one is a ladder: four claims, each narrower than the last, so you can see exactly how much of the top line anybody can honestly attribute.

How it is measured
Where this sits in the loop
Measure. It counts the real result. It follows Execute and hands on to Learn.
- 1
Cost is what you actually paid
Taken from real payments and spread across the months they covered — never the published price, which is wrong for anybody who negotiated anything.
- 2
Revenue is a ladder, not a number
Every sale; sales from people the marketing reached; sales the marketing gets credit for; and sales it can be shown to have caused. Each rung is a narrower claim.
- 3
Finished months freeze
A closed month becomes a statement that does not change afterwards, so a figure you shared stays what you shared.
What it proves
The caused rung is real, not modelled
Only hold-back tests produce it. Where none ran, that rung is empty rather than filled with an estimate.
Margin where you have given it
Supply what goods cost you and the statement works in margin rather than revenue. Leave it out and nothing is assumed in its place.
Shareable without a caveat you have to add yourself
The narrowing is on the page, so somebody reading it sees the basis rather than being handed a single flattering number.
What it cannot prove
The claims this refuses to make, and what would be needed before it could.
The top rungs are attribution, not proof
Attributed revenue is what a campaign preceded. Treating it as caused is the mistake this layout exists to prevent, and no amount of modelling turns one into the other.
Nothing is attributed without connected data
With no store connected there is no revenue to trace, and the statement says so rather than reporting zero.
Find out what you can actually prove
Revenue is traced once per order, and where it cannot be traced the page says so. Attributed and incremental are shown as different things, because a business acting on one when it meant the other makes the wrong decision.
