A strategy built from your evidence, not from a prompt

The ordinary way to get a strategy out of a language model is to describe your business and ask. What comes back is fluent and unfalsifiable. Xyranik does it the other way round: it assembles the evidence first, from your own records, and then holds the answer to it.

14-day evaluation · no card · start before you connect anything

Example. An evidence pack assembled from the workspace's own ledgers, and a claim checked back against it before it reached the reader.

How it works

Where this sits in the loop

Plan. It writes the strategy. It follows Decide and hands on to Approve.

  1. 1

The evidence pack is built first

Before a model is asked anything, Xyranik gathers what it actually knows — revenue by channel, what advertising cost, which campaigns produced sales, how the list is growing, what has already been recommended and how it turned out. Each item carries an id.

  2. 2

The model is asked to reason over that pack, and only that pack

The strategy is written against the evidence rather than against general knowledge about marketing. It is the difference between advice for a business like yours and advice for your business.

  3. 3

Every claim is verified back against the evidence

What comes back is checked claim by claim against the pack it was given. A figure that does not match its evidence does not reach you. This is a deterministic check after the fact, not an instruction in the prompt.

  4. 4

Approving it writes the work down

A strategy you approve becomes workstreams in the record, each one attachable to an agent. What was agreed and what is being done cannot drift apart, because they are the same rows.

What you get

  • Strategy you can argue with

Each recommendation names the evidence behind it, so disagreeing is concrete — you can point at the figure you think is being misread rather than at a tone you did not like.

  • It reads its own track record first

What was already recommended, carried out, and scored is part of the evidence. A strategy that repeats something already waiting for you, or something that was tried and did not work, is the failure mode this removes.

  • Handing work to the workforce is one step

An approved workstream can be given to the agent whose lane it is in, and the run that follows is traceable back to the strategy and the evidence that produced it.

What it does not do

Listed here rather than discovered later.

  • It does not forecast revenue

A projection here is a run rate — where a number lands if the current pace holds — and it is labelled as one. Xyranik does not produce a revenue forecast from a strategy, because nothing in your data supports that claim.

  • With nothing connected, the pack is thin

The strategy is only as good as the evidence. Before a store or an ad account is connected, you get planning and structure rather than conclusions about performance, and it says which it is.

Give it a goal and watch what it proposes

Nothing reaches a customer or spends money without you. The evaluation starts before you connect anything, so you can read what it would do before deciding whether it may.
